Stolen in Seattle!
Unfortunately another bike has been stolen in Capitol Hill Seattle. Never assume your bike is safe, always lock it, even if it is in the hallway of a building.
It was stolen from the third floor of an apartment building on E Olive way and E Howell st.

I’d be knocking on the doors on that 3rd floor. i don’t imagine there are too many people on the 3rd floor of any apartments, that don’t belong there. i bet a neighbor jacked it.
