I had the pleasure of spending the weekend in Tijuana, Baja California with some of the best dudes in Mexico; Bolas of KILO LIBRA & Jesus of The Helper Co.! I don’t have a Fixed Freestyle bike at the moment, so I figured what better than to bring the old sunday 20” along for the trip. I’m going to keep it short for this post but expect more from both BICA Cafe/ Bike shop and yours truly. Take in mind, Tijuana is filled with unridden, unseen and unimaginable spots. We on.

AJ has been on the scene for years but rarely graces us with footage or edits. I think the phrase goes, “absence makes the heart grow fonder.” Either way, AJ throws down a handful of goodies in his most recent video that John posted up. The pull up bike transfer was sick, the nose wheelies are on lock, and that hubba hop to grass was at the top of a huge stair setl. Well done AJ, really stoked on the new stuff and psyched to see the riding and antics!

Velo Cult set to move to Portland

The San Diego bike shop is preparing for a move to the Pacific Northwest. Portland has no shortage of bike shops, but Velo Cult is sure to bring some new offerings to the mix. We’ll sure to be down there to check it out once they re-open their doors.
